Working with Cheiron and Denniz PoP [ edit ] I didn't even know what a producer did, I spent two years–day and night–in that studio trying to learn what the hell was going on. Dag Krister Volle (April 26, 1963–August 30, 1998), better known under the artistic name Denniz Pop (or Denniz PoP), was a Swedish DJ, music producer and songwriter. Volle began as a DJ in the 1980s, started producing remixed records and later original releases, producing Dr Alban's single "Hello Afrika" in 1990. Was in a relationship with music producer/songwriter, Denniz Pop, at the time of his death.
